Offering finance

My brother runs a landscaping company and wants to offer finance for larger jobs, does anyone have any pointers or direction on who to approach for this? Any help/pointers would be appreciated.

You need to get specialist advice as you could be classed as providing credit and thus need a credit license. You could farm it our to a finance company which might get round the issue - but you need to get advice, try calling a couple of finance co's and see what they say.
