Hi, I have already posted this request (last November) but still need help with it.

I run an agency that has a database of approved cleaners which I supply to my customers. My fee comes from my customers and covers them with my combined insurance and also cover if their own cleaner is off or leaves. The cleaners all work on a self employed basis so what I need is for someone just to read over the terms and conditions that I have with my customers and also the agreement that the cleaners sign with me. This is to ensure that neither myself or my customers have any liability for tax or ni that may be due on what the cleaners earn. The t&c's are all in place so its just a case of checking what we have and then tweaking where necessary. I would really prefer a fixed price for this rather than an hourly rate as I am a small recently established company and at the moment every penny counts! It may be that what we have is sufficient but I would rather be safe than sorry. Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from anyone that can help.

Hi cleaningbiz

We'd be happy to take a look at the service agreement you have with your cleaners for a reasonable, fixed fe, and can recommend a solicitor who can look at the SLA (contracts) that you use for your clients.

Drop me a PM if you'd like a quote and/or phone number.
