Here is a great technique for building one way relevant links to your site: There are millions of high quality blogs online and some of them will be relevant to your business. Out of those there are quite a few that permit dofollow links. If you type “dofollow search engine” into Google you will find a selection of search engines that will help you locate industry specific dofollow blogs.
I am not suggesting that you spam these blogs for the sake of getting links, rather join in and add value to the conversation where you can. Some blogs also publish a list of their top 10 posters on every page similar to a blog roll; depending on the number of pages on the site this can give you a nice little ranking boost.
If you do make it as a top poster you will never get the true value of every link but the extra boost can prove to be significant.
