MP4 and soundtracks

HI All,

Can anyone help me. I have a MP4 video clip which was filmed on a HD video camera. It has two soundtracks, Track 1 which is the low quality sound and track 2 which is the hd sound.

Does anyone know if/how I can extract the sound from the clip?

Can you get the file to me Tom and I'll see if anything I have here will deal with the file. Presumably you mean a hard disc drive camera rather than a HiDef one?
