Mental health in the workplace is important

Workplace stress has been cited as the top reason for employee sickness absence in recent years*. And 85 per cent of small-and-medium-sized business leaders said employee mental health was their biggest health and safety challenge for 2023**.

The Access to Work Mental Health Support Service is available at no cost, to help your employees stay in work. This service is quick and easy to access, and you can promote it to your workforce to help reduce absenteeism, presenteeism and workforce attrition.

If looking after your employees ( and yourselves) is important please drop me a line...after all as one of my ex bosses said , "If you look after the staff they will look after the business"

Many thanks in advance

Clive
