Hi
I'm just starting up in the hospitality industry - a small champagne bar. I'm looking to buy some equipment such as fridges, small commercial oven, ice machine etc but there are so many options out there.
Does anyone have any advice on which brands to go for and which brands to avoid? I'm trying to keep costs down but I would rather invest my money in quality equipment that will last. Currently I've looked at Polar, Adexa, Empire, Lincat and Davlex.
Also, is there somewhere that does reliable 2nd hand equipment?
Any advice on where to look for tables and chairs also greatly received!
