Keeping it going

I run a small business and have no help or staff.
I worry that if anything happened to me I would leave the business in chaos and would let down a lot of people.

Does anybody know of any organisation that can step in should something happen to me, and keep things going?

you should have a manager and a director who will rule and do everything for you, so you can go rest or travel anytime you want
