After a four year absence I recently decided to return to my previous photo lab, I was advised they had a new website and I would have to re-register, well I upgraded Java to version 6 (as advised). re-registered my account on their website then attempted to launch the required ROES software, but each time the launch halts with the following error message. . . "can't create java virtual machine".
