Thats the stage many new entrepreneurs find themself, they have a perfect business idea but wouldn't know the first set of steps towards building a successful business.

When starting a business, it's important to understand that you're in business to serve some group of people with your product or service. Their satisfaction should be your utmost priority.

Once your customers are getting good value from your business, and you appreciate their patronage, then money will naturally gravitate towards you.

Being a new entrepreneur, it's better to start with just one product or service and become the best at it, it's easy to introduce other products or services when you establish reputation within one niche and constantly improve on business performance.

It won't take long before people start telling themself about your business. With little advertising effort, you will constantly get massive turnover because you have a business that people truly need.

Learn as much as possible, seek every opportunity to learn about your product or services, your industry, competitors, and how your audience want to be served.

These factors will help you start your business the right way

A. Identify your fear and challenge it. What are you scared of?

1. Building a business that your audience will appreciate
2. Marketing your business
3. Making sales,
4. Building a team around professionals
5. Too many competitors
6. Or maybe selling your product at premium price

Whatever your fear is, identify it and conquer it with actions. Start learning about it.

We're trained to do most of the things we do in life. No one was born a driver; we learn to drive at some point and become so good at it that it doesn't scare us anymore.

Same applied to building a business, it's a skill. Like every other skill, it's a skill that can be learned and mastered.

You can learn entrepreneurship and become so good at it that building businesses becomes so easy because you understand the stages, process and strategies.

B. Change your mindset from failure mentality to success mentality. If you have a reason to fail, you have more reasons to succeed. Start feeding your positive mind and it will continue to feed you with reasons why you will succeed and the steps you need to take.

Our mind is a powerful element that determines who we become, so change your mindset and it will eventually change your life.

C. Analyze your abilities and skill sets, then you can position yourself within your business where your skills will be highly valuable and hire people to work within areas that does not alight with your skills.

The truth is that you might not be fit to work within every department of your business. You will find some activities fun and interesting while others might be a bit challenging.

Forcing yourself into actives that doesn't align with your strength will drain your energy very fast and decrease your performance. Avoid doing that so you can enjoy your entrepreneurial journey.

D. Hiring the right set of people is another important stage of building a business. To be host, there's a lot you need to learn and it's best to start learning now.
