This is an easy one for me, I would have reinvested more of the profits in ensuring my main websites kept up with the times and did not fall behind re: seo and design/functionality.

My recent reinvestment into a new design for one of my sites is something I should have done years ago.

Absolutely, staying current with SEO and website design is crucial. I can relate to your experience. It's easy to get caught up in day-to-day operations and neglect these essential updates. I recently did a similar revamp on my site, focusing on improving the user experience and optimizing for mobile users. The results have been remarkable—better engagement and a noticeable boost in traffic.

Have you noticed any specific improvements since updating your site's design? For me, the bounce rate decreased significantly, and users are spending more time on the site.
