Hi, I am currently running an agency and have terms and conditions that I got online.

My business is getting bigger and I would like to make sure that what I am using is exactly right for my business. I also have sub contractors that my customers use and they sign an agreement with me stating that they are self employed, this is something that I would like to run by a lawyer to make sure that it is correct (I would hate to be hit with a tax and NI bill by the Inland Revenue!!). What I really need is an employment lawyer who can have a look at what I have and if it is sufficient then great but if not someone who can draft a new one.

If you can help please let me know what kind of cost this would involve (I am still a relatively small and new business so trying to keep costs down as much as possible)
