Does anyone know how to set up an e-business abroad?

This will evade certain taxes on products etc. but does anyone know how?

There's no single answer to that question. Every country has its own laws, customs and tax regimes. If you could let us know the country you have in mind, and the product or service that you plan to offer, you might get a better response.

As for your second point, I hope you know that tax evasion is illegal.
