CRM in my opinion is the perfect program to manage your business after a time of pandemonium. It is a system that allows you to work remotely, it facilitates contact between employees and customers. I use a CRM system from FIRMAO which is really good!

There are some tips and tricks I learned on brightvisionevents.co.uk for going back to work after the lockdown. Firstly you should reconstruct how work is done. Decide ‘people to work’ or ‘work to people’ by using these algorithms: fully remote (net positive value-creating outcomes hybrid slight (net neutral development),hybrid slight by exception (net negative result but can be done remotely if needed) on-site (not eligible for remote work). The important thing is to make your workers feel comfortable and safe during post covid. I hope my advice will do you good!

Could I ask what the main goal is for you in bringing people 'back to the office'?

I certainly see the benefits of sometimes being in the office –particularly for creative sessions, bouncing ideas, stuff like that– but largely I have found there to be a wealth of benefits from working from home.
