How Many Hours Per Day Are You Productive?

I'd say I probably only have 4 - 6 hours per day where I am really productive, even though I set aside 8-10 for developing and working with my business. The rest of the time I am doing stuff that may be considered useful (looking at tutorials etc) but I often feel I end up going off on a tangent, and not getting much done.

What I'd like people to think? 12. In reality? About 3. 10 minutes of work here, 30 minutes of putting off the next bit of work there, etc. However, the level of productivity in those 3 hours are phenomenal, and I find myself not believing what I've managed to get done in such a small amount of time.
