How Long Was Your Planning Stage?

Mine was very short, in fact I did most of it in a single evening (well, from about 4pm to 5am). How was yours?

No planning stage as such, I just realised I was good at something, and ended up taking a payment on one instance of it - then it just naturally evolved from there.

It's ongoing! I plan every day, and every day those plans seem to get unceremoniously thrown out of the window!
