How hard is an apprenticeship?

Are they harder than university stuff or no?

I did an apprenticeship in business and marketing. I think it took me 7 years in total and I ended with a BA(hons) in Business and Marketing.

Harder? Well, it depends.

You are studying and working at the same time, so there is more pressure on your time. I found I had to manage my time well, most of my study was done in the evening and the weekends.

In some ways, it was easier. I could apply my learning to my work, which made it easier to understand. When I left it was easier to get a job as I had qualifications and experience.
