Hire lease agreement - unfair termination clauses

We have a photocopier on a 5-year lease, which we want to end after 3.5 years to save money. Apparently, to end the lease we have to pay upfront 100% of the money we would have paid for the remainder of the lease (i.e. another 18 months rental) PLUS £195 admin fee for terminating the lease early.

Is that fair? Is it enforceable?
