It seems that many companies are issuing coronavirus related promotion such as money off, etc. Have you considered a coronavirus promotion? Perhaps you have already started one?

It depends upon the industry and what you are selling. As an accountant, I have seen businesses with turnover in millions grinding to stand still. Businesses with high volume lower margins are hit particularly hard, like in the hospitality and leisure sector. As their accountant and trusted business partner, will you leave just because they don't have enough cash to pay you?

It is a personal choice, but we choose to work with businesses (existing and new clients) and be as flexible as much as possible. This usually includes reducing and deferring fees, customising our service offering to suit the new environment. The accounting business is an annuity business, so this model works for us. However, I am aware that it may not suit all businesses.

We did. Since last year actually, when the pandemic started we've run through a lot of promotions and discounts.
