From what I see, it is very rare that businesses involving family and friends have any real longevity. We all have different opinions, we all have different skills and we all have different approaches to risk/reward. Personally, I think it would be a nightmare working closely with family and friends in business. How do you separate your business life from your personal life? In reality how can you draw the line under disagreements in the workplace and stop them being carried over into your personal life?
