Government bailouts followed by tax increases, surely that is only fair?

The UK government has invested hundreds of billions of pounds into bailouts to help businesses get through the coronavirus pandemic. When this is eventually all over, surely it is only fair that we all contribute to tax increases? Surely the burden should be shared right across the employment and business spectrum?

One, there is so much waste in public services that someone needs to go through it and start cutting most of it out.

Second, increasing taxes will lead to extra burdens being placed on business. Tax cuts are required not increases.

Well, that's pretty much what happened in the last 12 months. The taxes raised and to tell you the truth it isn't that good already for small business owners. Yeah, sure it was amazing when the government helped us during the pandemic, however this period of time with all those problems like war and lack of cheap gas lead to more difficulties for businesses. I hope we will all make it through and people who have just started their business or think about it, just don't be afraid, go for it, search for an informative post about how to overcome challenges in starting a business and you'll be okey.
