By the end of the seminar you will; Know where you are now; Know what you want to achieve; Know what actions you’ll take to reach your objectives; Know when actions will be completed; Know how you’ll measure progress; and Know Success criteria / tools needed.
The workshop will finish around 8pm and at the end you will have a written down plan to tackle any issues you have pressing. After 8pm you will be free to ask any questions and network with the other businesses present.
