I totally agree i dont know why companies do outsource their technical and customer support department in India that sucks big time. And we really are looking forward to ask for the compensation. May be you can suggest me something how can i proceed with this.Wow BioOutsource if we had domains down for around a week we would be seeking compensation from Mochahost - that is completely and utterly unacceptable.
The other company we use - or I should say our developer uses for CMS based sites is www.1and1.co.uk again excellent customer service and 99.9% uptime on the server - which by the way is the same for 123connect.

I have tried 1and1 as well, they are not that price competitive but offer good services no doubt.
