Falkirk Business Fair

Just to let everyone know, the Falkirk Business Fair is taking place in Falkirk Townhall on Friday 12th June.

The event is free of charge to visit and is not just set to companies around the Falkirk area, anyone is welcome.

I'm hoping it'll be better than the last one at the Town Hall, which was so poorly attended that most of the business was done between exhibitors. Last years at the Stadium seemed much more lively!

I never attended the last one at the town hall but even though there was good attendance last year at the stadium it was a pity it was in quite cramped conditions.

Hopefully the attendance will be good this year.

I don't know about Ryan but for me this was a fairly successful event - meeting old friends, making new contacts, drawing a few caricatures and being interviewed on the radion. Plus a surprise visit from our very own JohntheSearcher!

As usual at these things, nothing concrete on the day but lots of potentially useful contacts to follow up. Though myback and legs ached for ages afterwards...

Quite a good day for us as well but as you say quite difficult to tell how well it went to after the event. Although I did feel footfall was slightly disappointing but plenty to keep us busy.

I know what you mean about aches, makes me dread the Business Scotland event next week as it is over two days.

Glad to hear that it went well. I did mean to pop in but somehow (as usual) things take over the day and what I plan to do, never quite happens!
