There have been significant changes in employment law, with the introduction of new pieces of legislation, and also with significant cases on issues such as holiday pay, TUPE, the Equality Act, mandatory ACAS conciliation for every tribunal claim raised, as well as unfair dismissal.
This seminar will provide you with practical guidance on how these changes will impact on your business and will also allow you to plan ahead, to make sure your handbooks and contracts remain compliant and making sure your decisions will be less likely to end up the subject matter of an employment tribunal claim.
