That looks like a really switched on piece of software. Have you developed this all yourself?

I work with a couple of hosted HR software solutions currently with a couple of clients but they dont seem as comprehensive as this. They inevitably always become less flexible than they are made out to be initially particularly holiday management where people have different allowances and carry overs etc.

I hope it all goes really well and that the software takes off

Although I came up with the outline and scoped the functionality I wanted it to have, I had to outsource the actual development work....needed a bit more skill than I have in this area.

We ran a beta with a few clients and added some additional functionality and made some tweaks before going live with it but are hopeful that it will meet the needs of SMEs......feedback so far has been very positive.

All of our retained clients will get this as standard and we're in the process of setting them all up but are hopeful that the ability to subscribe to it on a 'stand-alone' basis will open it up to businesses that either have an in-house HR function or who aren't looking for an outsourced HR partner right now.

At £12.99 per month for companies employing up to 50 staff and just £23.99 per month for companies employing between 50 and 100 staff (both plus VAT),we're hopeful it will deliver real value for money for businesses looking to save time and money by removing the hassles associated with a paper-based HR management system.
