Do you really receive funds within 24 hours with the CBILS scheme?

I have received direct emails from various funding parties suggesting I will receive CBILS funding within 24 hours assuming I qualify for funding. On the other hand, it says it takes within 2 to 5 working days to approve me. What is your experience?

My clients are experiencing around 2-3 weeks’ time at least.

The problem here is that many companies will have hit serious trouble before then! I am also hearing that some banks are not being as helpful with clients who's overdrafts are coming up for renewal over the next few weeks. The money is there but many banks do not seem keen to access it on behalf of companies.
