Do You Draw Up A New Plan Every Year?

Or do you have a long-term plan you always try to stick to? Or maybe you don't plan at all? ;)

I try to re-assess where I am every few months and adjust where necessary, but sometimes my predictions are way off (for better or worse!)

I don't draw up a new plan, I stick to my original plan and amend it slightly where necessary. I think this is pretty much standard practice :p

I'm just in the process of writing up my first initial plan at the minute, and it's taking quite some time. I don't think I could do it every year to be honest, even if I probably should

It depends on your niche really - what are you going for?

I always plan to review my business at the end of each year and draw out some plans for the future but it never happens - I have a general idea of what I want to do but I do need to put a plan together.
