I'm slightly older than the usual late teenager potential apprentice so I don't really know how they work in the long term. I've worked with a few apprentices and they've been competent so their courses have worked for them. I imagine if I do a course that I like and am good at I'll become proficient, however what can I do after the initial Level 3 part? Going into an offered Level 4 with the same title suggests continuing is easy to continue, but looking about there aren't always level 4 follow ons.
If I did a Level 3 in "Accounting" afterwards can I start a Level 4 in Payroll? There would be some transferable skills but it's not a direct follow on.
Also would I have to do the Level 4 with the same place that I did the Level 3 with?
