Do GCSE's make a huge difference now?

Active Member
The secondary school I went to have recently made it much easier for students to get GCSE's. For example they get an extra year, so start GCSE's in Year 9. That's ridiculous in my opinion. Eventually GCSE's will be something everyone has. That's another reason why Apprenticeships are important for the future, they offer a qualification and the experience.

Is anyone in GCSE's at the moment that admittedly find it fairly easy?

The difference now is that there is actually less discrimination between the highest students due to the narrowing of the grade boundaries.
