Converting visitors into customers

Hello, and thank you for these forums, I'm new here, reaching out in desperation TBH

So I have a new business, started in April, I have a director's loan of 10k, and I'm having to add about £200 per month to keep afloat.

I have 1 commercial customer, a neighbour actually, who throws me a couple of jobs a month, which is great, he's given me 5-Star review on Google.

In another life, I was a web designer, so site is getting lots of visitors (about 200 per day),and growing - I'm happy with this.

The issue is changing visitors into customers, none from the website so far, yes I know it's early days.

So far, I've tried;

1. Leaflet dropping - a few 1000 and nothing.
2. email outreach - I use Mailmeteor - only started yesterday, so too soon to say.
3. Posting on Facebook groups, lots delete my posts.
4. My van is wrapped and shows services, phone number, email and web address.
5. I wear uniform with all of the above.

Seems to me that getting new business is akin to pulling teeth, I know for sure my services are great, my prices are lower than most, I'm told I'm very likable, so why can't I get any work?
