Confused About The Living Wage And National Living Wage?

I read this article on Personnel Today and thought it would be a really useful article to share on the site.

You hear the Living Wage and National Living Wage being bandied about all over the place. I didn't realise until recently that they are actually different!

I knew they were different, but I would have assumed the living wage in London would be much higher than that! Renting a shoe box down there is as much as a 4 bed semi up here!
