Hi All, can anyone tell me if they have any experience in or with business turnaround?
I.E have you done it before, brought them in or worked in the industry? I am looking at making a move into the industry as I love being able to make real tangible differences to business, especially those under pressure.
For those business owners out there, would you ever bring someone in to help if things were not going to plan for a quick review of their business and the implementation of changes to save the business.
