This is brilliant, and I can't stress enough just how important it is to have a plan in place. So many people think that starting a business is as easy as "sell things and reap the rewards" but it really does take a lot more planning and effort than that. If everything is written down, it is a lot easier to look back on, too, and therefore look for ways that you would be able to improve the following year.
