Love Firefox , a big fan and I always try and get people to use that over IE.

Others I use.....

PDF Redirect > Great for converting almost anything to pdf

Sugar CRM > Open Source CRM Software. Now use it on two projects.

Foxit PDF Reader > Just like Adobe but much smaller file size.

I'm sure I could think of some more. Like I said on the other forum I think it would be a really cool idea to come up with an a-z guide and publish it as an article or something. :)

I agree Firefox is great and much better than IE. Other free software I couldn't do without....itunes so I can listen to great music while I work. However probably one of the most useful for my industry (graphic design) has to be Acrobat. But it's only Reader that's free.
