Assessor's responsibilities?

Hi all,

This is my second apprenticeship now and I am in Customer Services.
The thing that concerns me is my assessor's response time. What is the normal/standard time for assessor's response to a question, not marking the job?

Could anyone advise? I have been trying to find it online, but wasn't very lucky.
