Apprenticeship 'Hall of Fame' is launched

Active Member
Celebrities, business bosses and regional entrepreneurs are among the first inductees to the Apprenticeships Hall of Fame, which was launched during National Apprenticeship Week 2012.

The Hall of Fame is designed to showcase the rise and accomplishments of England’s most successful former apprentices. Forming part of the ‘new era for Apprenticeships’ campaign, companies, colleges and training providers can nominate their bosses and alumni to be featured and join its 40 founding members, which include Jamie Oliver, Brian Turner, Alan Titchmarsh, Frances O’Grady, Charlie Mullins, Charam Gill and John Caudwell.

Personally I'm a massive fan of this, it shows young people how far they can go from an apprenticeship, and it doesn't mean you're stuck in the same working environment your whole life!

Anyone else know anymore on this new scheme? :)
