Anyone need a template?

hi

I have developed a website for a magazine who no longer need the site. its really good and can be adapted very easily to any brand.

see Welcome To Eat Derby for a sample. there is a .php error at the moment but i am ironing this out (of course it wouldnt necessarily be there once you edit it anyway)

If you only want the template im looking for £50 or nearest offer.
If you want me to customise it fully with no limitations im looking for £100 or nearest offer.

feel free to email me at [email protected] if interested

Can I ask why you undervalue your work so dramatically?

You consented to working without a formal agreement, and now you're selling the unusable result for pocket change. That template (once fixed) could go for £600 on any of the template sites.

I don't mean this as a personal criticism. The biggest mistake I made in my first year was undervaluing myself and my product. As soon as I started valuing myself at competitive rates, my client load trebled.

hiya

thanks for getting in touch,i appeciate your comments.

the reason i am selling it for such a low price is that i had done the site as a favour anyway and want it put to use as soon as possible.

i dont normally offer templates etc for unused sites but theres no point in it kicking around. i feel i will wait longer if i up the price to what its worth.

if i had created the site as normal with sla's in place it would indeed have gone for a lot more, but since the backbone is already there anyway then pocket change is all thats required.

thanks again

Hi Jamie,

Another quick suggestion would be that before you sell the template, you remove it from the original domain. Keeps any potential purchaser a bit happier.

Gordon
