Many people enter business to do what they do best. This could be anything, perhaps plumbing, web development or anything, the list is endless. During the growth of a business many are adverse to taking on new staff as it will increase costs, as well as hiring accountants etc. What people fail to realise is that the only way to make your business grow is get enough business so that you have to delegate tasks, and employ staff.
Having experience that you gain as a sole trader will help you develop managerial skills down the line, and it is important you have some knowledge of everything, but this shouldn't be a roadblock to setting aside tasks you previously handles yourself and focus more on delegation and management, as this is the only way you can groqw in the long run.
