Ad Management Software

Hey Folks,

I offer advertising on my website which is fine, but the more advertisers I use, the more complicated and admin intensive it gets. I think I need to invest in something to help with this task.

I've had a search for ad management software and there are loads of options out there, but what's the key things I should be looking for?

Obviously I'd like to be able to offer my advertisers meaningful data on ad performance, so that's a factor for me. Also, I'd like to automate the process of campaign start/end and hopefully payment/billing.

Do you have any recommendations for software you have used or heard of?

Many thanks :)

Thanks Stuart.

Yes, I did find that on my travels. I didn't like the look of it at first, but I keep finding it again and you are also highlighting it. I've since had a bit of a look at it and it doesn't look as easy to install as others out there, or as pretty to be honest. Not that that's a deciding factor, but it does help.

I'm also not sure if it would run on my web host servers...www.blackfoot.co.uk.

I've dropped the shortcut into my research folder. ;)

Thanks .

I've been looking at openx recently, still looking into it. I seem to take ages getting my head round these things before moving forward.

I've also recently received an email invite - DoubleClick for small businesses from Google - https://www.google.com/intl/en_US/dfp/info/sb/index.html

I see similarities between DART for Publishers (DFP) and DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP),both from Google. Just looking to see what the differences are and what might fit with my site.

Sheesh, it's complicated out there!
