Hi all - I've been an accountant for many years and worked in turnaround and company rescue.

Throughout my time living in Premier inns and AirBnbs whilst working from home I was writing content for various companies and so a couple of years ago I decided to move to the dark side of marketing and write professionally.

Generally I work with professional services firms like accountants and financial services but my client list includes a lot of software companies and even a stonemason in Edinburgh and a Will writer!

Happy to help wherever people have questions Yellow Tomato

Cool. It's great to see accountants diversify their job.

I really respect the work done by tax accountants. I would never survive during these lockdown times without their assistance in showing me how to fill out my payroll statements correctly. Apparently, even under layoff, you still have to provide all kinds of reports to the government not to be fined. If you are a restaurant owner like me who has no idea how taxes work on getting a service like https://www.global-accountant.net/restaurant-payroll-tax-problems/ becomes a real lifesaver. I had a great time discussing issues with them, and they were really friendly while explaining to me the procedures that I had to follow in order to remain compliant!
