Windows 7 Professional and upwards does provide the XP Mode add-on but this does have some limitations and specific hardware requirements such as Hardware Assisted Virtualisation (HAV) etc.

Also in XP Mode you are left with an empty XP virtual machine which you need to rebuild with all your applications, security, configure networking and settings. Configuring a new XP operating system really.

Our method will seamlessly transfer ALL your XP (home or pro) machine data, programs, settings, documents, configurations etc in one go to your Windows 7 machine.
